An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced People & Culture Manager to join a well-established Western Australian organisation during a period of growth and strategic focus.
Reporting to the executive leadership team, this role will lead the delivery of contemporary HR practices across the full employee lifecycle, partnering closely with leaders to drive performance, engagement and organisational capability.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice across complex employee and industrial relations matters, ensuring compliance across multiple modern awards and legislative frameworks
