An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced People & Culture Manager to join a well-established Western Australian organisation during a period of growth and strategic focus.
Key responsibilities:
Reporting to the CEO, this is a standalone role in the People & Culture function responsible for partnering with senior executives to provide strategic People & Culture guidance and support across all organisational priorities. Full implementation and optimisation of Employment Hero to utilise its full functionality and establish baseline data, manager capability, and performance processes. Introduce succession planning, with a focus on developing female leaders and supporting progression across departments.
