People & Culture Coordinator

Since 1981, Ronald McDonald House Toronto has served as a place to call home for families with seriously ill children undergoing treatment. Ronald McDonald House Toronto encompasses a House for 81 families in downtown Toronto and seven Family Rooms in hospitals across the Greater Toronto Area and in Sudbury. The families we serve come from throughout Ontario, across Canada and around the world.

People and Culture Coordinator

This role will report to the Manager, People and Culture, and will support a variety of People & Culture and volunteer engagement functions, ensuring a positive, inclusive, and engaged workplace. This is a dynamic, hands‑on role where you’ll support day‑to‑day HR operations, help recruit and onboard new team members, and coordinate initiatives that strengthen engagement across Ronald McDonald House Toronto locations.
