Job Summary:
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, Benefits; the People & Culture Coordinator, Benefits is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day administration of BDO’s group benefit programs in conjunction with the firm's Total Reward Strategy, while providing excellent customer service.
Job Duties:
Coordinates the day-to-day administration of the Firm's benefits programs including health, dental, vision, flexible spending, STD/LTD, long term care, life insurance, group legal, transit/parking, back-up dependent care, worker's compensation, COBRA administration and other related benefit programsAssists in researching employee benefit plans and vendors to identify those that present the best valueCoordinates maintenance of employee benefit files and updating of employee records in MyBDO and other applicable systems.
