Job Description

Job Summary:

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, Benefits; the People & Culture Coordinator, Benefits is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day administration of BDO’s group benefit programs in conjunction with the firm's Total Reward Strategy, while providing excellent customer service.

Job Duties:

  • Coordinates the day-to-day administration of the Firm's benefits programs including health, dental, vision, flexible spending, STD/LTD, long term care, life insurance, group legal, transit/parking, back-up dependent care, worker's compensation, COBRA administration and other related benefit programs
  • Assists in researching employee benefit plans and vendors to identify those that present the best value
  • Coordinates maintenance of employee benefit files and updating of employee records in MyBDO and other applicable systems.
