**Summary:**
As part of the People Risk, Privacy & Compliance team, this People Compliance Program Manager will partner at all levels of the company to ensure the successful execution of our people compliance programs, with a particular focus on immigration compliance and broader people risk and compliance matters. The People Compliance Program Manager will be responsible for driving strategy and execution for complex compliance projects, acting as a senior individual contributor on critical matters. This role requires a candidate who can work with complex data sets to drive insights, and who can collaborate across teams to resolve project blockers and influence organizational strategy.This role plays a pivotal and strategic role in ensuring Meta's people compliance programs operate effectively.
