People Business Partner: Germiston

The role combines operational HR excellence with the execution of change initiatives, culture transformation, leadership capability and learning interventions. Working closely with business leaders, Centres of Excellence and Shared Services, championing employee experience, and supporting organisational change, embeds high-performance culture and delivers strategic people projects that enable business growth.
