People Business Partner Director - Technology, you partner with a new
CTO
to enhance leadership capabilities and the overall Marqetan experience for our Technology teams. Your focus will involve providing leadership coaching, driving change management initiatives, and ensuring the successful adoption of various programs. As an integral member of the People Business Partner team, you will contribute to the Technology organization's development as we support leaders and teams in navigating a complex business and organizational environment. This role reports to the Head of Global People Business Partners and plays a critical role in a global, flexible-first, high-growth organization.
