Key Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits, including HMO, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and company-sponsored benefits.
- Process and validate vendor billings, benefit invoices, government deductions, and employee enrollments with accuracy.
- Coordinate with benefit providers and government agencies to ensure timely processing of employee concerns and requirements.
- Assist employees with benefits inquiries, loan applications, claims, and benefit-related documentation.
