Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field 3–5 years of relevant HR or people-related experience Working knowledge of Ghana Labour Law (Act 651)
Good understanding of performance management and employee engagement practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills


  • Support in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and communication initiatives.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation of new hires, promoting a positive first impression and cultural alignment.

  • Conduct check-ins, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to monitor employee satisfaction and suggest improvements.

  • Assist in planning and executing training programs, including logistics, tracking attendance, and collecting post-training feedback.
