People and Culture Executive (Saudi National)

As a People & Culture Executive, you'll play a key role in bringing our vibrant workplace culture to life by supporting the full employee journey, from onboarding and engagement to payroll, performance, wellbeing, and employee relations. More than an administrator, you'll be a culture ambassador, ensuring every interaction reflects the bold, playful, and people-first spirit of SLS.

Working closely with leaders across the resort, you'll help create an exceptional employee experience while ensuring compliance with company policies, Saudi labour regulations, and luxury hospitality standards.

• Deliver an exceptional employee experience by coordinating onboarding, induction, offboarding, and day-to-day People & Culture operations.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, providing guidance on policies, procedures, benefits, and employee relations matters...
