We are seeking an organised and proactive People & Culture Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis to cover a maternity leave arrangement through to February 2027.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on organisation and coordination, and wants to play a key role in delivering a positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.

About the Role
Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you will support a broad range of People & Culture activities, with a particular focus on:
  • Coordinating onboarding, employee movements and offboarding activities.
  • Preparing employment contracts, variations and employee documentation.
