Takeda is seeking a People Data & Insights Engineer to design and scale the data foundation powering People Analytics. You will transform HR data into structured, reliable assets and partner with HR stakeholders to answer critical questions.

The role sits within Takeda’s People Analytics team, handling data modeling, validation, and AI-assisted development to enhance reporting and insights across hiring, retention, and engagement. Strong English and cloud skills are required.
