Takeda is seeking a People Data & Insights Engineer to enhance People Analytics through robust data pipeline development and integration of various HR systems. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and have 3-6 years of experience in analytics or data engineering.

This role requires proficiency in SQL and Python, along with strong attention to detail and communication skills in English. The position will contribute significantly to building meaningful insights from complex HR and employee experience data.
