In this role, you'll be instrumental in transforming our HR data into actionable insights that shape our talent strategy and drive business decisions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our people reporting and analytics infrastructure, with a primary focus on the Workday platform. Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Dashboarding: Design, build, and maintain a variety of simple to complex reports and dashboards within Workday (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) to meet stakeholder needs.
