What You'll Do

Based remotely in Brazil and reporting to a US based Manager, you will enable the HR team to use data to make informed decisions. You will partner with engineering to integrate and maintain people data across systems, collaborating with both HR stakeholders and technical teams. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using tools like Snowflake, dbt, and Fivetran. You will also implement and optimize ELT processes to ensure data is accurate, reliable, and ready for use.
