They are transforming to a cutting edge cloud-based system. This role will provide effective and proactive support to the People Analytics and Systems Team, acting as a first point of contact for system and process queries, supporting the maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades to systems, reporting and analytics along with responsibility for maintaining the internal People SharePoint sites.Core Duties will include: Acting as the first point of contact for queries received in relation to set systems and processes, including, but not limited to:
