WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: . Promote People Analytics & Workforce Reporting strategy, support model and execution . Develop in partnership with Manager analytics deliverables (e.g. Board Reporting, People and Culture Scorecard, etc. . Lead monthly and quarterly reporting processes to include updating Tableau Dashboards, gather insights from Tableau Dashboards, and provide ESG metrics to Leadership . Assist and monitor the security and access of Tableau HR Enterprise Hub . Lead the execution of ad hoc manual requests from stakeholders .
