Your mission will be ensure a fair, balanced and legally compliant working environment through the effective management of labour relations between the company and its employees. This role is key to ensuring compliance with labour legislation and collective bargaining agreements, preventing and resolving labour disputes, providing advice on disciplinary matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise management and employees on labour legislation and internal policies.

• Manage labour disputes and disciplinary procedures, ensuring proper legal application.

• Draft, review, and update employment contracts and collective bargaining agreements.
