People Advisor — UK HR & Employee Experience

Teya is hiring an exceptional People Advisor who will be the first point of contact for our UK business, partnering with managers and employees to deliver a high-quality People experience throughout the employee lifecycle. You’ll own day-to-day People delivery across onboarding, employee relations, organisational changes and offboarding.

You’ll combine operational excellence with practical guidance, ensuring processes run smoothly, managers are supported, and HR records (HiBob) are accurate for
