Job Description

The role:

  • Sending letters of authority to financial providers

  • Chasing providers for required information and documentation

  • Keeping clients updated on the progress of their cases

  • Issuing advice recommendation packs to clients

  • Submitting advice and annual review reports via the Intelliflo back-office system

  • Processing and monitoring new business applications

  • Providing a high level of customer service throughout the client journey

  • Supporting advisers and the wider team with administrative duties
  • The successful candidate:

  • Previous experience as a Financial Services Administrator within a wealth management or IFA firm

  • Strong understanding of the IFA process and regulatory requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
