培训经理 Training Manager

1、负责制定并执行酒店员工培训计划，确保培训内容符合酒店服务标准和企业文化，实现培训支持运营策略，从而提升运营品质；
2、通过培训及各项活动提高员工满意度，降低离职率，实现人工效能及人力资源目标；
3、根据运营及人才发展需求，设计并开展相关培训课程，汇总培训报告、复盘培训问题并跟进结果，确保各项培训活动落地；
4、通过培训及组织策划员工活动，助力员工在工作中彰显价值主张，并通过培训与活动引领传递品牌文化；
5、建立和维护员工培训档案，跟踪员工职业发展路径，管理人才发展项目及进度；
6、协调各部门培训需求，制定年度培训预算并监督执行。

1、具备洲际集团及奢华酒店培训工作经验；
2、具备优秀的沟通表达能力和课程设计能力；
3、能够独立策划并实施大型培训项目；
4、具备较强的组织协调能力和团队合作精神；
5、熟练使用办公软件及培训相关工具；
6、对员工发展有热情，具备良好的职业素养和责任心。
