Job Description

1、负责制定并执行酒店员工培训计划,确保培训内容符合酒店服务标准和企业文化,实现培训支持运营策略,从而提升运营品质;
2、通过培训及各项活动提高员工满意度,降低离职率,实现人工效能及人力资源目标;
3、根据运营及人才发展需求,设计并开展相关培训课程,汇总培训报告、复盘培训问题并跟进结果,确保各项培训活动落地;
4、通过培训及组织策划员工活动,助力员工在工作中彰显价值主张,并通过培训与活动引领传递品牌文化;
5、建立和维护员工培训档案,跟踪员工职业发展路径,管理人才发展项目及进度;
6、协调各部门培训需求,制定年度培训预算并监督执行。

1、具备洲际集团及奢华酒店培训工作经验;
2、具备优秀的沟通表达能力和课程设计能力;
3、能够独立策划并实施大型培训项目;
4、具备较强的组织协调能力和团队合作精神;
5、熟练使用办公软件及培训相关工具;
6、对员工发展有热情,具备良好的职业素养和责任心。
