Responsibilities
Work directly with client stakeholders and end-users to design end-to-end experiences using participatory and iterative design techniques including observational studies, user interviews.
Lead a team of developers to deliver on strategic product roadmap.
Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality, coding, UI and Corporate standards, including review alert logs.
Ability to debug and fix as part of the development/support process and should have experience in Case Management, Integration components (services, connector, frameworks, reporting, agents, authentication and rule resolution.
Ensure adherence to the Pegasystems development guardrails the original design principles.
Help to document business rules and assist with case type structure from the perspective of the business needs.
