Design and implement PEGA applications aligned with insurance business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust solutions. Ensure adherence to PEGA best practices, including guardrails and performance standards. Lead development efforts, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior team members. Qualifications: 8–10 years of PEGA development experience. PEGA CSSA certification required; LSA preferred. Strong understanding of PEGA architecture, case management, and integration. Proven ability to work independently and deliver in Agile environments. Insurance domain experience is highly desirable.
