Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement PEGA applications aligned with insurance business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to PEGA best practices, including guardrails and performance standards.
  • Lead development efforts, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior team members.
  • Qualifications:
  • 8–10 years of PEGA development experience.
  • PEGA CSSA certification required; LSA preferred.
  • Strong understanding of PEGA architecture, case management, and integration.
  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver in Agile environments.
  • Insurance domain experience is highly desirable.
