Job Description
1. Technical Business Lead to bridges business needs and technical solutions. They gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and work closely with your decision architect & system architect. The role requires understanding systems, data, APIs, and integrations, plus supporting solution design and testing. He will be our Point of Contact for deliverables.
2. System Architect who builds and configures applications on the Pega Platform to automate business processes. Will be focused on
o Integration Management such as data ingestion via file listener, real time API such & etc
o Data Management such as PEGA xCAR enhancement, Interaction History, RTE API
o Others related to platform – System Dynamic Setting, Security
3. Decision Architect who designs and implements decisioning solutions on the Pega platform. Will be focused on
o Building decision strategies, configuring business rules, managing customer data, implementing AI/ML-driven deci...
