Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Extensive experience working with Pega Platform (version 8.x preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Pega's Rule-Based Architecture
  • Proficiency in Pega BPM and understanding of business processes
  • Experience in designing and developing Pega applications, including case management and work automation
  • Knowledge of Pega integration capabilities with external systems and APIs
  • Ability to perform performance tuning and optimization of Pega applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders
