Job Description
St. Mary High Desert Medical Group is seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join a collegial and dedicated team in Victorville, California. The provider will have a large amount of autonomy and will work with newborns through age 18. The ideal candidate is collaborative and team-oriented dedicated to providing excellent patient care.
**Position Details:**
* Full-time position; 36 hours per week
* Outpatient care only
* No call and no newborn call
* 1 dedicated administrative day, with an additional remote workday available once the provider is established in the role
**Compensation & Benefits:**
* Compensation is between $258,275 and $326,336 per year
* Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus is available
