- Leads new product & process introduction to production line.
- Anticipates and validates new process capabilities.
- Targets to standardize process and implements lean principles.
- Ensures new process adheres to various manufacturing safety and DFA standards,
- Co-engineering with product development to have efficient process built.
- Ensure designed process fulfils PD, Production, Customer requirements and ensures mistake proofing in new process and tooling.
