P&D Operations Manager

This is an interview position.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate and control Pick-Up and Delivery Operations within the service area of the station to achieve maximum service objectives.
• Supervise, coordinate and control warehouse and ramp operations to achieve maximum service objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Four (4) years business experience.
• Four (4) years FedEx or industry experience.
• Two (2) years experience in transportation & logistics or a related service industry (preferred).
• Demonstrated basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Must currently be a member of FedEx management or LEAP/EXCEL endorsed.
