P&D Operations Manager

Job Overview

This is an interview position. To supervise, coordinate and control Pick-Up and Delivery Operations within the service area of the station to achieve maximum service objectives. To supervise, coordinate and control warehouse and ramp operations to achieve maximum service objectives.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Four (4) years of FedEx or industry experience
• Demonstrated basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Current member of FedEx management or LEAP/EXCEL endorsed
• Ability to lift 70 lbs. and maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment
