Horsham Collaborative PCN is looking for an experienced and motivated Paramedic to join our team under the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS)
The role involves working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, accessible patient care, helping reduce GP workload and improve outcomes.
Responsibilities include urgent and same-day care and home visits and managing acute and long-term conditions while working autonomously within the paramedics scope of practice and under appropriate clinical supervision.
A Paramedic under the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme the PCN must ensure that the paramedic is educated to degree or diploma level in Paramedicine or equivalent experience as a registered Paramedic with the HCPC, has completed their two year Consolidation of Learning period as a newly qualified paramedic; , has a further three years experience as a band 6 or equivalent paramedic; and is working towards developing mas...
