Pc&L Regional Manager (Isla Guadalupe) (Ensenada)

Position Summary We are looking for a PC&L; Regional Sr Manager.
This position is responsible for managing the entire region (multiple plants) on all PC&L; Metrics, P&L;, Inventory levels and flow, Supplier and Customer Management, Process and Controls Execution.
Responsibilities Customer OTD, Inventory & DIO, Regular and Premium Freight, Inventory Adjustments, E&O Assure Planning Volume / Mix execution at plants Management of FG critical packages (Recovery plans) Raw Material Ordering Process / Supplier escalations Coordination and execution on quarter and annual physical inventories Standardization with plants: lessons learned and best practices Coordination and execution of New Launches – Raw Material / Finished Goods Qualifications Strong and progressive leadership Supplier and customer negotiation Solid financial skills – P&L; approach Analytic / data driven Winning mindset – operations / finance Team player Office (Excel/Power point) skills English – fluent Bachelor de...
