Our client, a leading aerospace manufacturing organization, is seeking a PCBA Quality Assurance to join their team. As a PCBA Quality Assurance, you will be part of the Quality Control Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** PCBA Quality Assurance
**Location:** Hayward, CA
**Pay Range: $30-$34**
**Shift** 3:30pm to 12am, Monday through Friday
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform incoming inspection on PCBAs to ensure quality standards are met
+ Conduct in-process inspections according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
+ Collaborate with engineers to document inspection efforts (IQC/IPQC/OQC)
+ Identify and document defects within JIRA system for tracking and resolution
