Job Summary

Test Engineer located in Aguascalientes. The Test Engineer is responsible for implementing and maintaining cost‑effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems, software, and equipment for our production lines.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain testing procedures for systems, software, and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot failures, perform root cause analysis, and apply effective solutions.
  • Conduct PCB process evaluations, including SMT & PTH, and make judgement on PCB process defects through X‑sectioning.
  • Utilize statistical tools such as Minitab and Six Sigma methodologies for process troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Document test results, maintain accurate data entry records, and prepare reports using office software (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations).
