Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PCBA Manufacturing Process Control Engineer, located in Montreal, Quebec. The role involves analyzing, optimizing, and maintaining the manufacturing processes for Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA). Responsibilities include implementing and managing process control systems, identifying and resolving process inefficiencies, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with various teams to enhance production quality. The individual will also be responsible for developing and improving process engineering strategies to ensure product reliability and adherence to quality standards.
