Job Description
Our client is hiring a PC Technician to support several sites throughout Southern Maryland area. This role will require traveling between sites per day.
Required Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and technical teams.Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively while applying strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience imaging, deploying, and configuring desktop and laptop systems.Solid hardware break/fix experience, including component replacement and diagnostics.Knowledge of software installation, configuration, and support.Basic networking troubleshooting skills, including wireless connectivity, network adapters, and VPN clients.Experience with Active Directory account and group administration, including user creation, modifications, account disablement, and group membership management.
