The On-Site PC Support Engineer provides walk-in and on-site technical support at IT BAR locations, ensuring fast resolution of PC incidents and service requests.
Key Responsibilities (SOW-Aligned)
PC & IT BAR Support
Handle incident and service request tickets via ServiceNow
Perform PC delivery, staging, deployment, monitoring, and returns
Install, modify, repair, and replace computer hardware and peripherals
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
Support roll-out of new applications and IT projects
Locations Supported
IT BAR support for TGT Cebu, GTIT Cebu, and Davao
Documentation & SLA
Ensure accurate ticket documentation and asset updates
Adhere to defined SLAs for walk-in and remote support
Required Skills & Experience
24 years of desktop / on-site IT support
Strong hardware, OS, and troubleshooting skills
Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset
