- Responsible for customer's order management.
- Responsible for order registration from customers.
- Responsible for responding to customer's orders delivery date including adjustment request and inquiries.
- Product shipping instructions and manage progress to customer's orders delivery.
- Request a quotation from the supplier.
- Issuance of order/s from the supplier and management of delivery date.
- Delivery notes processing of purchased items.
- Receive purchased items and instructions for inspection.
- Manage the inventory of materials to avoid excess and shortages.
- Prepares requisitions and maintains an adequate stock of sub materials or supplies necessary to meet production demands.
