Responsibilities

• 
  
• Assisting in scheduling calls and monitoring participation and attendance to different training sessions
  
• Managing and monitoring topics related to the P&C Hub Learning and platforms such as Coursera
  
• Supporting registration and management of the training bonus through FUNDAE in Nordex
  
• Reviewing and controlling expiration dates for compulsory technical training
  
• Supporting the coordination of different company events such as Christmas campaigns, social responsibility activities and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
  
• Providing support and contributing to various initiatives throughout the year
