Position Overview
We are a U.S.-based insurance agency seeking an experienced Insurance Virtual Assistant to support commercial insurance operations. This role requires hands-on experience with U.S. insurance systems, carrier portals, and policy servicing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Use AMS360 to generate COIs, EOIs, receipts, invoices, and policy documents
• Manage clients, reports, and task tracking in AgencyZoom CRM
• Complete commercial insurance applications and supplemental forms
• Work through multiple carrier web portals for quoting and policy servicing
• Communicate directly with underwriters regarding submissions and updates
• Prepare proposals, binders, and binding documentation
• Support renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and general policy servicing
• Maintain organized digital records and tracking systems
