About the Role

The Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Specialist role supports end-to-end insurance broking and policy servicing activities across Personal Lines (PL), Commercial Lines (CL), and Employee Benefits (EB). This position ensures accurate, compliant, and timely processing of insurance transactions while upholding service level agreements and quality standards. The role serves as a critical link between licensed Account Managers, carriers, and internal stakeholders, enabling seamless delivery of insurance solutions.
