The Company
Our client is the head group of multiple companies who specialise in FMCG who are continuing to expand their operations. They have approximately 180 employees nationally, with a head office of 90 employees in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.
The Role
Reporting into a tenured and welcoming People & Culture Business Partner and support from a 0.4 People & Culture Coordinator, this is a hands-on role with fantastic development opportunities to take your expertise to the next level. You will support with employee lifecycle, HRIS management (Employment Hero), employee relations, HR strategy, process improvement and project-based activities, to name a few areas.
This role is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm, 100% office based, free parking on site.
