The Role

Reporting to P&C Manager and working alongside a fantastic team of P&C Advisors, this role will support the next phase of their role redesign project within their retail stores. Designed to provide more role clarity and satisfaction, this project is employee focused. They are looking for an experienced P&C professional to accompany the Store Manager in the employee consultations, leading the sessions and managing escalations if they occur.
