**Job Summary and Qualifications**
**As a PBX Operator, you will provide positive communication between patients, staff, physicians and the facility. Serve as a source of information for all customers and interact with physician’s office on behalf of our patients. Performing all duties in this position reinforces our commitment to excellent customer service.**
**What You Will Do In This Role**
**Responds to incoming calls in a timely manner and directs caller to appropriate destination providing a smooth, clear and professionally courteous communication practice.**
**Provides the appropriate overhead paging and utilization of the Inforad paging software to page with internal pagers.**
