Under the supervision of the Payroll Coordinator, the incumbent works closely with the Senior Payroll Technician as well as the Talent–Culture–Leadership team to support activities related to payroll preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Enter timesheet hours and perform other data entries in the payroll system.
  • Input all personal information of new employees into the CMiC system.
  • Produce various weekly end-of-payroll reports.
  • Complete employees’ Records of Employment (ROEs).
  • Obtain hiring numbers and process terminations with the CCQ.
  • Draft employment confirmation letters for site employees.
  • Respond to employee inquiries.
  • Perform any other related duties.
