As a Payroll Technician reporting to the Chief Accountant, you will prepare salaried payroll for the Island Gold Division. Your expertise in payroll and accounting will be key, along with a college degree in accounting. You will also address payroll-related inquiries and maintain payroll records accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review timesheets and support supervisors
• Prepare payroll corrections, adjustments, and bonuses
• Analyze changes to employee profiles
• Issue and amend records of employment
• Assist Paymaster with payroll matters
Requirements:
• College degree in accounting or related field
• 5 years of payroll experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Excellent bilingual communication skills
• Knowledge of UKG Pro is a plus
