Schedule: Monday to Friday (07:00 AM-04:00 PM PHT)
Compliance And Process Management
Manage high-volume support queries within strict payroll deadlines
Support managers and employees with time and attendance system enquiries
Perform repetitive transactional processing with a high level of accuracy
Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies
Escalate Award or Enterprise Agreement (EA) interpretation risks as required
Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory: Experience in payroll, workforce management, HR operations, or related roles supporting an
Australian Company
Mandatory: Experience managing a team within Payroll Operations
Mandatory: Strong to advanced Excel skills (data reconciliation, analysis, and reporting)
Mandatory: Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
Nice to Have: Ability to interpret and apply workplace pay rules (Awards and Enterprise Agreements) and investigate timesheet discrepancies to ensure accurate employe...
