About the Opportunity
  • Review existing payroll rules from multiple retirement home environments.
  • Interpret and apply union/collective agreements.
  • Ensure system logic complies with legislation.
  • Conduct detailed end-to-end testing including pay accuracy.
  • Perform scenario-based testing.
  • Support parallel runs and UAT.
  • Identify and escalate security risks and system errors
  • Document configurations, testing results, and changes.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Operations and ADP teams to ensure accuracy
  • Troubleshoot issues and recommend improvements.

About You
  • 3–7+ years of Canadian payroll experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now.
  • Experience interpreting collective agreements.
  • PCP or CPM designation an asset.
  • Experience in system migration and/or implementation projects required
