Position Summary

The Payroll Systems Analyst supports and optimizes payroll systems, with a strong focus on Workday Payroll, to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing. This role partners cross-functionally with Payroll, HRIS, Finance, and IT teams to enhance system functionality, improve processes, and support ongoing transformation initiatives

Key Responsibilities

  • Workday Payroll Support – Provide ongoing system support for Workday Payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimized payroll processing across business units

  • System Enhancements & Optimization – Gather requirements, support testing, and implement system enhancements and automation tools; proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and user experience.
