Payroll Supervisor

Purpose

: Based in Market Harborough, Deichmann UK, a subsidiary of Deichmann SE is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Payroll Supervisor with a strong background in high-volume, end-to-end payroll processing.

The salary for this role is £34,000

This role is to ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of end-to-end payroll for a high-volume workforce (1,000+ employees). The Payroll Supervisor is responsible for maintaining payroll integrity, statutory compliance, and high-quality reporting while overseeing payroll controls, resolving complex queries, and supporting continuous improvement across payroll and HR systems. Ideal candidate: The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing payroll data for 1,000+ employees, including starters, leavers, contractual changes, statutory payments (SSP, SMP), holiday pay calculations, and payroll reconciliations.
