Job Description

- Maintain employee records and update employee information in the payroll system accurately.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely payment.
- Calculate salaries, wages, overtime (OT), allowances, incentives, and other compensation.
- Process payroll deductions, including personal income tax (PIT), Social Security Fund (SSF), Provident Fund (PVF), and other company-authorized deductions.
- Verify attendance records, including working hours, absences, leave, lateness, and other payroll-related data.
- Provide guidance and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, taxation, and other compensation-related matters.
